Our expertise and working methods

Several of our lawyers have permanent assignments for Asker and Bærum District Court, Borgarting Court of Appeal, the State Administrator, and a number of municipalities. We are also the legal counsel for Huseierne for Oslo og Akershus (Homeowners Association for Oslo and Akershus), and have our own lawyers who conduct settlement mediation with security provided by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

Management

Ingvild Elisabeth Flovik leads the firm with a strong commitment to both people and her profession. She has extensive experience in business law and property law, and is committed to ensuring that all clients feel seen and cared for.

Johan Mølbach-Thellefsen is the chairman of the board and a key resource in the development of the firm's strategy and culture. Together, they ensure that Advokatfirmaet Dehn always puts the client first and that the team works well together – both professionally and socially.

Social engagement and the environment

We love our local community and are actively involved in Bærum and Asker. You will find us at local events, in business networks, and as supporters of sports and young people in business. We are members of Bærum Business Council, Asker Business Association, Frisk Asker Hockey network, and are part of the Young Business Bærum resource group – a network for young people in business. We have also been the main sponsor of the annual Business Day organized by Bærum Business Council and Asker Business Association.

We regularly offer courses for businesses, the public sector, and private individuals on a variety of relevant and current topics.
