Prices and terms

We place emphasis on offering competitive terms and conditions and ensuring transparency and predictability in all aspects of the assignment. At the start of an assignment, we will send out a written assignment confirmation with information about the content of the assignment, who is the responsible lawyer, and how our fees are calculated and invoiced. We want our clients to have a good overview of the progress and financial conditions throughout the assignment.

Our fees are primarily calculated on the basis of time spent, based on our current hourly rates. The minimum hourly unit is 0.25 hours. Any expenses, such as travel expenses, court fees, and other public fees, will be added. We normally invoice on a monthly basis.

Our location in Sandvika enables us to offer high-quality services at reasonable prices. The hourly rate and fee will vary depending on several factors, including the lawyer's expertise and experience, the scope and complexity of the assignment, the need for specialist expertise, the values involved, time frames, and the results achieved. This is in line with the Norwegian Bar Association's fee guidelines.

The following hourly rates (including VAT) apply to private individuals:

• Associate lawyer, lawyer and partner: NOK 2,250 - 3,750 
• Administration, accounting assistant and legal assistant: NOK 1,200

In certain cases, legal aid expenses may be covered by insurance, with the exception of a fixed deductible. Detailed rules regarding insurance coverage and deductibles will be specified in the insurance policy/terms and conditions.
