Magnus Frøysaa has extensive experience in advising on and resolving disputes in the areas of real estate, family and inheritance law and commercial law.
He assists private individuals, co-owners, housing cooperatives and companies in a wide range of cases concerning the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, construction, craftsmen's services, neighbor law, land division cases, road law, easements and other matters within real estate law.
Within family and inheritance law, he provides legal assistance with inheritance settlements, succession planning, wills and generational change. In addition, he assists in drawing up cohabitation agreements and prenuptial agreements, and with financial settlements in the event of breakdown and divorce. He has a good understanding of the many and varied issues that can arise in such cases.
Magnus also assists a number of companies with contract law, employment law, company law and other advice in their daily work. In addition, he has experience in safeguarding employees' rights.
He has extensive litigation experience and regularly acts as counsel in district courts, courts of appeal and land consolidation courts.
